Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the lovin app and website (the "Service"). By signing up or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, the Service Rules and the Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

lovin ("we") helps you buy goods from stores in the US and Europe and deliver them to Armenia.

2. How the Service works

The Service helps you buy goods from third-party sellers in foreign online stores and marketplaces (USA, Europe) with delivery to Armenia.

We act as an intermediary (agent): on your instruction we purchase the selected item from the seller and arrange delivery to the warehouse, international shipping and customs clearance. We are not the seller, manufacturer or owner of the goods.

The sales contract is concluded with the seller. The seller is responsible for the quality, completeness and accuracy of the item. We help you file a claim with the seller as described in the Service Rules.

3. Account

You need an account to place orders. Please provide accurate information: your name, phone and delivery address are used to fulfil orders.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for actions taken in your account. If you believe someone else has accessed it, change your password and let us know.

You can delete your account in the app at any time: Profile - Password & security - Delete account. The account is disabled and personal data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Your obligations

Use the Service lawfully and do not order goods that are prohibited from import into the Republic of Armenia or from carriage by our delivery partners.

Pay for orders on time, accept deliveries and keep your contact details up to date.

5. Liability

We are responsible for properly performing our intermediary services: purchasing exactly the item you ordered and arranging its delivery.

We are not responsible for product quality, hidden defects, the actions of sellers, carriers and customs authorities, or for delays caused by them or by force majeure.

Our liability for an order is limited to the amount of our service fee (commission) paid for that order, unless otherwise required by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

6. Trademarks

Brand names, logos and product images belong to their owners and are used only to describe products. The Service is not affiliated with these brands unless stated otherwise.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and the Service Rules. The new version is published in the app and on the website and takes effect upon publication. Orders placed before the change are fulfilled under the previous terms.

8. Disputes

We aim to resolve any issue through negotiation: contact support and we will reply within 2 business days.

If no agreement is reached, the dispute is settled by the courts of the Republic of Armenia under Armenian law.
